Soba Noodles with Nori Pesto and Salmon
  • 180g soba buckwheat noodles
  • ¾ cup NORI PESTO
  • 100g sliced smoked salmon
  • ¼ cup fries shallots
  1. Cook soba noodles according to instructions.
  2. Drain the soba noodles, place into a mixing bowl and stir in the NORI PESTO.
  3. Break up the smoked salmon into small pieces and stir through the soba noodles. Place into 4 bowls and sprinkle over fried shallots.
