Blueberry, Orange and Coconut Smoothie
  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 frozen banana, pre-chopped and frozen or use chopped fresh banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  1. Place all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth. Divide between two glasses.
