Homemade Spicy Wedges
  • 1½ pounds (700g) agria potatoes
  • ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  1. Wash the potatoes and cut into wedges. Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oven to 400 (200C) and line a large tray with parchment paper. You may need to use 2 trays.
