The Best Guacamole Recipe
  • Approximately 1lb 2oz (500g) Avocado flesh
  • Juice of 1½ lemons
  • 5 tablespoons sweet thai chilli sauce
  • 1 cup of cilantro leaves picked, washed and dried
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Place the avocado, lemon juice and sweet thai chilli sauce in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Add the cilantro leaves and process for about another 30 seconds.
  3. Add and adjust the seasoning processing for a few seconds after each addition.
