  • 4 oz can Tuna in brine, drained
  • ½ stalk Celery diced
  • ½ Avocado diced
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 large Boiled Egg chopped

Instructions

  • Mix together the avocado, celery, tuna, mayo, mustard, lemon juice and salt & pepper.
  • Add the egg and combine.
