Fry the asparagus in a pan over a medium heat for around 10 minutes, tossing to avoid burning it.
Season your steak with salt and pepper and broil to your desired style then cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
Add sriracha sauce, lime juice,vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and gently whisk together while slowly adding the olive oil.
Slice your steak into bite sized pieces, serve with the asparagus and drizzle the sauce over the top or use it as a dip.
