Set your oven to 350F and allow to preheat while you prepare the dish.
Wash the chicken wings and thighs and towel dry properly.
Place in a bowl and marinate with minced garlic, pepper, and salt. Set the wings and things in a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven. Allow it to bake for 40 minutes.
While the chicken meat is baking, set a nonstick skillet on a stove set to medium-high heat and sauté the jalapenos and sliced bacon in it. Allow the bacon fat to melt completely and let the bacon becomes golden and crisp.
Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, and the keto-friendly hot sauce to the bacon and jalapenos. Stir very well to make they are well combined before removing from heat.
Now remove the baked chicken and set aside to cool for a few minutes. Cut the chicken thigh into small pieces. Keep the chicken wings for later use.
Place the pieces of chicken thigh in a baking dish. Scoop several spoonfuls of the creamy bacon and jalapeno mixture and spread over the chicken. You can place sliced cheddar cheese or mozzarella (or a combination of both) on top of the chicken.
Place in the oven and bake again for an extra 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and garnish it with the chicken wings and sliced chopped coriander leaves.
Best served in a plate alongside lettuce salad.
