The Best Way To Cook Kaniwa (Baby Quinoa)

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup kaniwa
  • 1 cup water or stock/ broth

Instructions
 

  • Place the kaniwa in a saucepan along with the water or broth. Cover and bring to the boil.
  • Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed.
