Keto Cinnamon Donuts

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Coconut Flour
  • ¼ cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ⅔ cup Erythritol
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ½ cup Melted Butter

Instructions

  • Crumble the following: Half cup of almond flour, 1 of pinch salt, 1 tablespoon erythritol sweetener, like Swerve, 2 tablespoons of softened butter. You can add a quarter cup of chopped pecans if you like
  • Preheat your oven to 350F
  • Get a donut pan and spray with nonstick spray
  • Get a small or medium bowl and whisk the coconut flour, almond butter, cinnamon, sweetener, flax meal, nutmeg, and baking powder.
  • Get a separate bowl and whisk the vanilla, eggs and melted butter to form a smooth paste.
  • Pour both ingredients (dry and wet) and mix thoroughly until its combined
  • Get a small bowl and stir the sweetener, salt and almond meal with butter
  • Stir until the entire ingredient are thoroughly mixed

For the topping

  • Spread the toppings on top of each donut and ensure it is evenly distributed
  • Bake for about 15 min until the edges are brown
  • Allow to cool and enjoy
