The Best Creamy Red Bell Pepper Dip
- 1 cup Roasted Red Bell Peppers you can use store bought peppers for this dip, however the flavour wont be quite as sweet.
- 8 oz 225g cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons thyme chopped or picked
- Simply place the red bell peppers, cream cheese and thyme into the bowl of a food processor and process until combined.
