Thick, creamy and exploding with flavour, this dip is quick and easy to prepare and all you need is 3 ingredients.

Roasted red bell peppers, cream cheese, thyme, a food processor and about 5 minutes are pretty much all you need to make this tasty dip. Just throw the ingredients into the food processor, season and whip till smooth. And that’s it you’re done.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Roasted Red Bell Peppers you can use store bought peppers for this dip, however the flavour wont be quite as sweet.
  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons thyme chopped or picked

Instructions

  • Simply place the red bell peppers, cream cheese and thyme into the bowl of a food processor and process until combined.

High in vitamin c, low in sugar.
