Lime Spicy Steak

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Thin Cut of Steak
  • 8 oz Asparagus
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Spicy Lime Sauce

  • ½ Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Fry the asparagus in a pan over a medium heat for around 10 minutes, tossing to avoid burning it.
  • Season your steak with salt and pepper and broil to your desired style then cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Add sriracha sauce, lime juice,vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl and gently whisk together while slowly adding the olive oil.
  • Slice your steak into bite sized pieces, serve with the asparagus and drizzle the sauce over the top or use it as a dip.
