  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Diced Ham
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chives


  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown the diced ham pieces.
  • Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper, then pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until your desired texture.
  • Mix in the cheddar and chives before serving.
